Are you feeling out of balance?

Hi Reader,

Last week, I wrote to you about setting a boundary around social media. I’d love to know how that felt for you if you were able to try it.

Beyond social media, what else is leaving you feeling out of balance?

What do you need to step back from to truly take care of yourself right now?

Maybe it looks like:

  • Creating space from people and situations that drain your energy.
  • Continuing to unplug from social media and the constant influx of other people's opinions.
  • Reducing your reliance on external tools, even things like AI, so you can actually hear your inner wisdom.
  • Taking a break from, or reducing, a substance (like sugar, weed, alcohol, etc.) that your body is asking you to release.

Setting a boundary can be hard, especially if you have spent a lifetime accommodating others or using certain habits just to cope.

To make the shift, what you want is your motivator.

What are you craving?

  • Less stress
  • Inner peace and happiness
  • Space to focus on feeling and healing
  • Feeling light, clear and energized in your body
  • Connection to your intuition, inspiration, and creativity

Take a moment and hit reply. I read every email, and I want to support you. If you share what you're craving and the boundary you need, I'll write you back with a personal recommendation or gentle process to help you move forward.

With love and grounded peace,

Elicia

This was the theme that emerged in my True Essence group call this week, and it mirrored what I just went through over the past three years. Many of us are currently navigating a significant identity shift. We are letting go of old roles, feeling like we’re “burning it all down”, and dealing with the noise of old patterns (and people) trying to pull us back into the past. When these storms...

Hi Reader, In recent weeks, I've emphasized creating space. I spoke about the vital energy that returns when we let go of scrolling for distraction and validation, release the effort of constant self-fixing, and welcome the quiet. This year, I embraced that quiet. After twenty years dedicated to the alchemy of emotional healing, I am currently immersed in a season of deep personal reconnection. I made the choice to unplug from the noise of Facebook and habits that dampened my energy. What I...

Hi Reader, On Tuesday, I asked what boundaries you needed to set right now, whether it was stepping back from social media, letting go of draining relationships, or taking a break from a substance that is no longer serving your body. When we finally set those boundaries and stop numbing or distracting ourselves, we are more present. At first, that quiet space can feel a little uncomfortable. But it is also the exact space where you can connect with your true feelings and essence. When you...
