What happens when you create the space?

Hi Reader,

On Tuesday, I asked what boundaries you needed to set right now, whether it was stepping back from social media, letting go of draining relationships, or taking a break from a substance that is no longer serving your body.

When we finally set those boundaries and stop numbing or distracting ourselves, we are more present.

At first, that quiet space can feel a little uncomfortable. But it is also the exact space where you can connect with your true feelings and essence.

When you stop looking outside yourself for validation and distraction, your inner wisdom finally has the room to speak.

I want to share what one of the beautiful women in my community, Helen, recently experienced when she started intentionally holding this kind of space for herself:

"Beginning my True Essence journey with Elicia has opened an entirely new world for me. It is so much more than the assignments; I find myself attracting a new kind of energy and depth of contemplation I hadn't considered before. This focus has been truly enlightening, allowing me to be more loving and compassionate toward myself as I uncover a magic I never knew I had." - Helen

If you have recently turned down the noise in your life and you are ready to uncover your magic, I would love to invite you to join us inside the True Essence Program.

I have purposefully restructured this program to be a completely flexible, month-to-month sanctuary. There is no long-term commitment and no rigid timeline to "keep up" with. You can step in for just a month to see how it feels to have a safe place to land.

If you join us this week, you can immediately lean into the support of the container:

  • Start the first photography assignment: You can begin right away, using your phone not to perform, but as a mirror to reflect your inner truth.
  • Get immediate support: You will have instant access to me and our small, intimate group in the private forum for reflections and guidance.
  • Join our live group call next week: We will gather together live for a safe space to drop the masks, connect, and see what is coming up for you.

You don't have to figure out what to do with the noise and the quiet all on your own.

Whether you join us or continue to hold that quiet space on your own this week, please remember to be gentle with yourself. You are doing beautiful, important work.

With love and grounded peace,

Elicia

Hi Reader, There is a sacred, sometimes unsettling, space between who we were and who we are becoming. This was the theme that emerged in my True Essence group call this week, and it mirrored what I just went through over the past three years. Many of us are currently navigating a significant identity shift. We are letting go of old roles, feeling like we’re “burning it all down”, and dealing with the noise of old patterns (and people) trying to pull us back into the past. When these storms...

Hi Reader, In recent weeks, I've emphasized creating space. I spoke about the vital energy that returns when we let go of scrolling for distraction and validation, release the effort of constant self-fixing, and welcome the quiet. This year, I embraced that quiet. After twenty years dedicated to the alchemy of emotional healing, I am currently immersed in a season of deep personal reconnection. I made the choice to unplug from the noise of Facebook and habits that dampened my energy. What I...

Hi Reader, Last week, I wrote to you about setting a boundary around social media. I’d love to know how that felt for you if you were able to try it. Beyond social media, what else is leaving you feeling out of balance? What do you need to step back from to truly take care of yourself right now? Maybe it looks like: Creating space from people and situations that drain your energy. Continuing to unplug from social media and the constant influx of other people's opinions. Reducing your reliance...
